CEO is there with you every day; he is very nice, kind, and personable. Co-workers are almost all 30ish young professionals. Fantastic benefits.
Cons
Military Industrial Complex woes - no windows (no sunlight, nearest 'outside' is 7 flights of stairs and a football field walk away), very poor facilities condition (bathrooms cleaned once a week if you're lucky), no telework
