      if you don't have ANY other option join go for signoff.

      Cons

      people who are technically weak but are kissass are project managers. they will call you family and then force you to work on every weekends.

      Pros

      1. Very good environment for technical growth. Core team is technically strong & able. 2. Regular training & mentoring sessions are conducted. I love the idea of making 'work as fun & enjoyable' 3. Good compensation. 2 review cycles (performance & appraisal) every year 4. There are good initiatives to make it a 'better place to work', like Quarterly outings, Reimbursements, Allowances & Transparent model

      Cons

      Few policies & benefits can be still improved. Other than this, I do not see any downsides of working @ SignOff
