      Worst ever ever Company i have worked

      Pros

      flexible timings as there in every other VLSI company

      Cons

      Treat employees like slaves. Not at all good for the freshers.(for PD it is still worst) They promise something while getting done their work,but that never happens in revisions.

      Good clients and good for starters who are looking for opportunities and experience at various clients.

      Cons

      Very bad management, logistics, Finance team is worst. Late Salaries. Bad HR. So take risk while you decide to join. No medical benefits. No Leaves. Rules get deleted or modified or added when you ask a question to management which is not favourable to employee.

      1. There are some technically good engineers 2. Peers are supportive

      1. Employees are seen first as financial investments. 2.The HR department is very unresponsive and unethical. The policies are bound to change on a need to need basis 3. Employees are treated based on personal bias. 4. You will be treated like a enemy of the company if you've resigned. With no employee values in place , be assured to face a terrible time while in notice period 5. Expect no professionalism
