      Worst company I have ever worked for. The work culture is very bad.

      Pros

      They have annual program where everyone can participate and enjoy a lot. Also some gifts are distributed to employees. That initiatives are taken by the parent company.

      Cons

      Most challenging work in this company is someone must ability to work under heavy pressure in toxic environment where everyone is passing their excuse to others and maintain their good image for salary appraisal.

      Everything Toxic boss whose only thinking is money Leaves are for show. Always developers are faulty. Deadline never shared Share on the day. No qa of development Always blame game.

      Association with brand Shyam steel. No other pro.

      Cons

      * Pathetic Middle Management. * They treat old employees like garbage, and give increments only if anyone resigns. * Juniors are taunted and ill-treated by Seniors. * Too much politics & micromanagement. * The company became a prison from Jan 2022 onwards.
