Shriv ComMedia Solutions has a good Management. Despite of the fact that i was unable to perform on the expectations as promised by me, they still paid me wages on time. I myself said that if a particular target is not achieved i will not take the salary still they paid me full salary and gave me one more opportunity to prove myself. This resulting in polishing my capabilities.
