      Pros

      I enjoyed working with my patrons and gaining experience here. There were some amazing people I met.

      Cons

      The company tries to make you learn about values but does not go by them themselves. Also, they expect you to go by a handbook and they do not properly train you or verbally tell you the rules in the specific areas if you are a substitute.

      Pros

      They have wonderful benefits and the job isn't really that difficult to do.

      Cons

      The management is horrible and several of the workers are extremely toxic. I became severely depressed while working here because I was never listened to and any problems that happened were swept under the rug. If there are long time employees here they are more important even if they are verbally abusive to others. If you can handle being severely depressed in order to make a somewhat decent salary for the area then apply for here.

      Pros

      Good benefits as we are part of the City of Shreveport. Great holiday schedules. Vacation and sick time is allotted, so you start with sick time and after 6 months you get an allotment of vacation time. This is different than most companies that accrue vacation and sick time.

      Cons

      Micro Managers to the max. A work plan that is inconsistent from every branch and department. Very political, do not think outside the box, and do not make suggestions for change. While they like to believe that they embrace change, the struggle is real 1980s
