No standard policies.It changes with person to person. Poor payouts No value for humans Employees are treated like servants Be very careful and check with more people before joining this company. Some Managers can even abuse you in public.A totally manufacturing company.

I have been working with Shree for apprx almost years. There is flexi work environment, great projects gives chance to learn and grow. A great place to explore the niche technologies. Managers are very supportive to keep you motivated.

Cons

I think it is not good for employees wanting to sit idle as work is valued here.

Cons

HR department is worst. Poor management. Not good for freshers as well as experienced professionals. Hire and Fire policy so don't join it can turn out to be worst career mistake. They will hire you saying that they have lots of project but actually they don't. the fact is they will hiring you in consideration of they will get projects but after certain time if project is not there they will ask you to resign even after 3 months of Joining. It's better to stay away from this company. All other good reviews about this company are fake.
