      Pros

      People are alright to work with, but are very rude to casual staff on the phone. Pub over the road when you finish

      Cons

      Take take take and expect you to work and give your life for this company. Offer nothing in return for it. Drains you and not even a thank you or a sign of appreciation.

      No good reasons to work here booking staff vile colleague's under the influence supervisors sleeping whilst on duty after smoking canabis managament favouring individuals

      Long hours poor pay poor organisation lack of communication vile uniform supervisors have favourites and take them on all the easy and cushy jobs

      To be quite honest there isn't any which springs to mind.

      Cons

      I had an awful time with Showsec. They seem to take on anyone who has a DS badge aswell. If conflict broke out I definitely would not trust the majority of the employees to watch my back. Employees definitely don't know how to deal with conflict correctly and do not have the skills to deal with situations without making it 10 times worse. I hope they never loose control of a site. (Oh wait... Wireless Festival 2015) It's a company full of jacket fillers where teamwork, organisation and communication does not exist. I felt like alot of people were only there to watch bands and try and get close to celebs, not actually caring about customer relations or focusing on the task in hand. Awful.
