Pros

Ability to work from home (up to 50% of the time)

Cons

Low pay, micromanagement from supervisors, heavy workload (expected to proof 45 orders per day on top of other responsibilities), takes >1 year to be considered "fully trained" and management will use that as an excuse to underpay you, hostile customers, merit based recognitions are not an increase in pay, but Amazon gift cards

Pros

great coworkers, lots of fun company events, frequent amazon gift card rewards based on performance

Cons

graphics is the least paid department in the company, you can get 3 promotions with raises and only make less than a dollar more than when you first started. customer service makes at least 19 an hour and creative service makes 26$ and there's room to change departments but staying in graphics you can't expect it to get much better pay-wise

Pros

Remote work, nice new building

Cons

Where to even start. It's a huge mess. No DNR plan. No DBA and the worst databases I've ever seen. No standards, No naming conventions, No mapping documents, no process documentation, no onboarding, questionable ethical standards, yet expect you to know how to do everything exactly how the type A PM wants it done which is only the way she does it so no matter how you do it, it isn't right. They will go to your contracting company with every petty little complaint. Complain you aren't asking questions but patronize the hell out of you if you do ask a question. Any help that is given is really no help at all so it's useless. You will be given instructions to do then chastised for following said instructions. It was probably the most frustrating 2.5 months I've ever spent at a company.
