Work with minimal supervision, relaxed environment feels like your working at home because of the dress code minimum requirements

Cons

Unethical and low standards of values, must be in office 8 hours a day, Nepotism among all leadership, no perks, promotes only existing leaders, no advancement or mentoring/development opportunities, unprofessional individuals, zero accountability among leadership and employees, battle between ops and sales leadership teams, different standards for different employees
