Very few employees, so communication and teamwork are fairly easy to maintain. Everyone is usually very understanding of having a bad day and the schedule is easy to shift around. Most people are willing to take on an extra day of work for you. You get to keep all tips are they are usually only split between two people, so you can make up to an extra 100$ a week at a busy time. If you can get a morning schedule, then you're done by 11:00 am-12:00 pm and have the rest of the day to do whatever you want.

Cons

Very Few Employees. You will be doing A LOT by yourself. Everyone does everything and there is very little slack given to people who don't want to do everything. There is no one job for one person, so if you work the register, you will also do dishes, if you ice the donuts, you will also serve customers, etc. REMEMBER THAT THESE ARE FRANCHISES!!! Every Shipley Do-nuts will be different and main company will have very little to do with your store.
