Work with very skilled professionals building software.With a strong horizontal communication culture to define goals and solve conflicts. Full remote work and asynchronous communication.

Cons

As most of my team mates are around the globe its difficult to meet them in person :)

Not growing as fast as they claim Incompetent managers Disrespectful and condescending leaders Leaders hiring unqualified friends and family Favoritism due to prior point No room for growth Replacing majority of employees with employees outside of the US, so they can pay them less Will add on more and more duties with no pay increase
