      Low remuneration, high job load

      Only good for fresh graduate where you can learn many things (engineering, construction, business development, project management, etc)

      Cons

      Never expect work-life balance, you would never have it, You would have demanding tasks everyday, You are expected to understand anything without having a proper training, Forget about job promoting, it only applies to the Japanese

      Pros

      Typical japanese company - pay is on time. That's about all.

      Cons

      Power harassment, moral harassment. Only people with low self esteem will join such a terrible company.

      Pros

      Worked in Singapore subsidiary for few years. People are in general diligent and cooperative. Good learning environment to hone your engineering skill.

      Cons

      Very limited opportunity to pursue one's carrier in the company from certain point if he/she's non-Japanese. Managerial position of Singapore operations are all occupied by the staffs from parent company in Japan. Company do offer an opportunity for Singapore staffs to be transfered to the parent company, but native proficiency in Japanese is a prerequisite to apply for the program.
