The territory placement is not equal and frankly alarming. Many new hires are placed in new territories and expected to grow that with little to no training and I mean no help at all. The leadership is very unsettling. These Friday wrap ups seem surreal and motivating until you are putting out fires on holidays, your kids dance recital, 12 at night, the list goes on. The company stressed work life balance in your interview and first day. But training starts at 8AM to 6PM and you are told once you get your territory that you are actually working 24/7 and expected to answer and return all phone calls, because obviously hospitals and care centers are 24/7. There is a lack of transparency. Once a company starts to grow this is a big factor. People with experience are kept not because they positively contribute. But because it would be too difficult to retrain someone and replace. Now the commission… Incredibly unclear and unfair. They do not run credit checks on facilities. So if you bust it for a facility and they cap on a $300,000 credit limit, they don’t pay, change there llc the company sues, months later they get paid (shiftkey) you get nothing. Another AM signed a 20plus MSA and the company went back on their SA policy and won’t pay the guy for his facilities signed on. Trying to compensate him for half. I started with a class of 9 people and only 2 are left. I watched in week 1 someone’s stuff being packed up… how could they have determined if he was good or not? He had 2 kids. 4 more left go in a matter of 2 weeks. One guy walked out. Just a very unsettling feeling. They say they have a no tolerance policy and they protect the company so if someone is not contributing to the atmosphere they will be fired and “walked out”. However the leadership is not great. If the owners actually new. If they actually sat next to the people they have promoted. Man they might rethink a few decisions. There are maybe 100-300 in the building and I have never been approached or said hi to my the owners or C suits. I’ve waved or tried to say good morning. But the atmosphere is stressed, money hungry, and cold. Nothing like family
