Excellent working environment, challenging projects, freedom to take initiative from day one, openness, opportunities for multi aspect career development through participation in workshops, invites in Senior Management Personnel speeches, learn from incidents workshops, team spirit.
Cons
Nothing to specify as a negative aspect. As an intern in Shell you get the chance to develop and establish an escalating learning curve in a very short period of time.
