Great benefits, a lot of good people to work with (referring to fellow front-line staff, NOT supervisors and managers and up). Great to know work schedule at least a month in advance

Cons

Worker morale on the low side of things. HR department incompetant, rarely on employees' side vs the company. Supervisors afraid to stick up for employees out of fear for their own job.

Honestly, Shaw is all about its customers and its employees. There will always be things that can be better in any company, but the general feel at Shaw is simply amazing and unmatched. The leadership team genuinely cares about its employees which is simply an amazing feeling. It is the best organization I've worked for. The team in Mississauga is really fun and great to be around. I've never been able to speak directly to a Manager or Director before and here that's the norm. I love my peers and everyone here. There is not one employee that will ever pass you without saying hi or acknowledging you. Seeing the leaders out on the floor, taking calls, listening side by side is awesome. Seeing the Managers walk around and pick up garbage is incredible. Just an amazing company and I would recommend to anyone.

Cons

There really are none. We all love this company. I honestly have nothing bad to say about Shaw or the employees in Mississauga.
