Pros

There is nothing good I can say about this company or its management.

Cons

They take advantage of Veterans and use them for company gain while claiming to care about said veterans.

Pros

Provide entry level training for QA testing Issue a laptop CEO initially was passionate about the program Decent stepping stone to a career in IT

Cons

No growth opportunities Little to no Benefits Low salary way below market Sharp Decisions is a consulting firm so even though you are considered a full-time employee they act as a broker meaning you get sent to one of their clients. Unfortunately they have a limited amount of clients that take on VETS. And management does not hire internally as it creates overhead for them. Additionally, other then the initial training that was provided by them they have not offered any other training opportunities causing many to leave and seek other opportunities.

Pros

They do have very flexible work hours. With California traffic most companies have a flexible schedule that helps with getting home in reasonable time.

Cons

I was recruited to work for Sharp Decisions from a third party and ultimately took the position as a senior recruiter because there was expected growth. After being employed for a short period I learned there was no process in place and the leadership was absent. The company uses its veterans employment program to attract clients but in reality if the vets are employed by sharp and waiting for a contract to open the leadership is very clear that they are a waste of money if they are not on a contract would get rid of them as quickly as they can. This company has no moral compass and is extremely cut throat.
