Our culture is the most unique of any place I've worked previously- from the top down, our coworkers are positive, encouraging, uplifting, and consistently aim to help others grow. Sharp is big on upward mobility in the company, with annual reviews and benchmarks to clearly define roles for growth. A major key to any applicant is aligning with Sharp's entrepreneurial spirit and "Nothing Is Impossible" mentality; being able to approach any situation with fresh eyes and creativity will set a person up for success at Sharp.
