      It's exciting to be a part of a growing team that is disrupting multiple industries. There is a very hands on approach and each team member contributes on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Startup pace can be demanding. Be prepared to bring your A game every day.

      Pros

      It's a fulfilling job and you feel like you're making a real difference and contributing to something larger. The hours can be long and it is hard work but it's gratifying knowing what you are working towards. Days are never boring as there is always plenty of work to do. It's helpful that the core team is very close and we're all passionate about our work and the company's mission. Lunch is also typically provided for the team.

      Hours can be long but there is still a good work life balance.

      Just enough complexity to always keep the job interesting. Having a mechanical back ground is a plus.

      Cons

      A lot of overtime and the expectations are high for the team. If you learn at an average rate then this is the not the job for you.
