      Flexible work hours Good office location

      There is only one authority: the boss. Thus the management is ineffective. Overtime work is expected but not paid. Low skilled work force Significant level of intimidation from peers

      You can either use leave or get paid for overtime work. This has been a company policy for more than 3 years. I believe there was a misunderstanding.

      Benefits, know-how sharing, young and energetic staff, possibility to see different aspects of business, R&D orientation, feeling of job security based on highly improved and mature core technology, honest and sincere work environment, supportive team members

      Fast changing priorities are causing disorientation & miscommunication time to time.
