Miserable work culture, long hours, lack of investment in technology, lack of adequate resources. Leadership segregates themselves in a corner of the office, those who speak up against flaws are reprimanded and gaslit that the processes in place are already efficient, hours on end of no value add "work", lack of management which comes from their lack of pedigree and professionalism. Unfortunately I rolled the dice on a smaller company thinking I would have more of a voice and opportunity for career advancement, but found the opposite. Simply, stay away.

Vertical toxic hierarchy destroys the efficiency in almost all processes. Weak management & leadership approach. An influence of several department heads on GM affects on adequate strategic decisions making process. Forgotten the cost of money. Lack of professionalism and attention to details at top management's level. Kingdom's syndrome. French touch - no development of mind is in place - too much sleepy pleasures delivered to all employee's agenda.
