Pros

I would still be working here, with these amazing people, if it weren't for my dream of going into real estate. I was lucky enough to be mentored by Chris (founder and president), Tatiana (director of operations), and Hailey (manager of project coordinators) as executive assistant and project coordinator. The level of expertise here is unmatched, due to the extremely hardworking team, insistence on staying up to date on all of the latest technology, and family atmosphere that Chris has cultivated. On Fridays, Chris would have guest speakers come in to teach everyone about the newest cutting edge technology; which would always keep things interesting. Hailey, my direct manager and person who sat in my role prior to me, was dedicated to making sure the PC team excelled in their role all the while making it a fun and enjoyable experience. Overall, I would say if you're given the chance to work here, seize the opportunity - you will learn a lot.

Cons

If you are not a self starter you may face some difficulty as you are given the freedom to set your own goals in some instances. You also need to be very secure in yourself because you will be working will high caliber clients.
