      Pros

      You don't take your work home and the people that work here (sans a notable few) are great.

      Cons

      Honestly if it wasn't for the way they treated it, it would have been a decent enough job. But being in the office can be a lot. Also some believe we are curing cancer and they treat it with the same veracity. The software can be only described as antiquated (that's a nice way to say that). THIS ISNT AN IT JOB. They write it in a way that makes you believe that it is. Tech support isn't an IT job.

      Good pay rate No pressure to perform Nice kitchen Some of the staff are friendly Centrally located I honestly can't think of more

      Incomplete documentation for products No plan for training new hires No vision or dental No 401 (k) Management takes all constructive criticism as a personal affront
