Cons
The biggest issue at this company is leadership culture. The high turnover is not random, and most employees know exactly why people keep leaving. There are two leaders in particular who have created an extremely toxic work environment. The one officer treats employees as disposable and creates a culture built on fear, intimidation, and negativity. If you do not comply exactly with their ideas and thought, you will be looked down upon. Another manager spends an unhealthy amount of time looking for faults in employees and building cases against people based on their own agenda, opinions, or vendettas. These two individuals have a long-standing relationship from previous companies and appear to have complete trust in each other regardless of whether the information being shared is accurate. Rumors and one-sided narratives often seem to carry more weight than facts or employee feedback. Many employees have brought concerns about the toxicity to HR, but nothing ever changes. HR appears heavily influenced by this officer, so concerns are often dismissed or redirected back onto the employees themselves. Instead of acknowledging the behavior causing people to leave, employees who resign are frequently painted as the problem rather than addressing the leadership issues driving turnover. There are a lot of good people at this company, but many eventually leave because they realize the culture will not improve while these leadership dynamics remain protected from accountability.
