      Innovative industry with competitive salary, but growing pains persist

      Pros

      Fast paced company in an industry that is beginning to see significant innovation. Salary is competitive, 401k match, flexible PTO schedule. There are really smart people at the company dedicated to supporting people with diabetes

      Cons

      Start up growing pains persist. There has been some turnover and at times it seems hard for the field team to be successful. Benefits package could be better

      Great culture Good place to work, especially for startup.

      Cons

      Some corporate expectations don’t align w/ demand in industry. Overall what corporate role wouldn’t be this way? Not unusual for industry I’m sure.
