      Pros

      Good bonus structure as it is a government agency.

      Cons

      Rude and Mean higher management level as they are the old birds and zero respect to the other employees. No clear communication from manager and gaslight that you are the problem. Overloaded work with lean team. Insurance compensation for medical is very little compared to private sectors. Do not recommend working here.

      - There’re calm days unlike typical corporate job - Puts in a lot of initiative to create a conducive and professional environment - High level synergy of peers and colleagues

      Cons

      - Extremely top-down in planning and foresight - Dependent too much on consultants and outsourcing - Lack SoE at some levels - May get too bureaucratic
