      Pros

      Great salary and Benefits package. Great terminal manager and dispatcher. Pretty good home time. Newer model KWs. Not a lot to complain about.

      Cons

      Slow trucks, cameras. Upper management seems to be a little out of touch with what it takes to get the job done on the road.

      Pros

      Good money. Decent equipment. Never load a trailer, we always just hook loaded trailers. We do unload our tankers. We get home through the week.

      Cons

      They put cameras in all the trucks. They look down the road and inside of the cab. They seem to try and find any reason to fire you. It's an us against them attitude.

      The safest company in the industry

      Pros

      Driver and employee safety is number 1 to them. They also take time to recognize terminals and individual drivers that meet and exceed their safety standards. Great benefits, and pay. Been with the company 10 + years already and I see myself retiring here.

      Cons

      Not many cons for me. They have very strict safety standards, which I believe are necessary, but a lot of drivers who aren't used to the structure may not like it. They don't play around when it comes to phones in the cab or any driving distractions.
