Pros
- Very fun company culture (not the best place for someone who's looking for happy hours, parties, and meet cool people) - Most employees are very young and company outings are always a great time - Solid work/life balance
Cons
- Most tenured employees are leaving or have left - Very poor management, senior leadership lives in a bubble of its own (they do not listen to employees and are involved in whatever they feel like getting involved in) - Lack of communication across teams, very poor processes - Growth and opportunities are mostly political rather than merit - Below market pay & benefits - Company & product overpromise and underdeliver (company not going anywhere until some serious changes are made in senior leadership) - Fratty company culture
