Sensical Reviews

Whilst we always love to read the many positive reviews received, we also carefully consider those which illustrate where we could be doing things better. The company's owners never post reviews themselves, but do review those left and personally write any responses. Sensical has a mixture of larger and smaller clients, many with different and diverse technology landscapes. New employees are gradually introduced to client systems and are required to meet an expected level of understanding before more are added. It is possible during the initial months of employment that a new team member may only be be exposed to a very small subset of our client base. The company is owned by three directors, all of whom are very actively involved with the successful delivery of our services and have highly technical backgrounds of their own. We aim to provide a relaxed, supportive and nurturing environment were alternative approaches are actively sought and discussed during any design phase.
