Pros
the company has growth plan from what I learn during the interview "process" but hard to tell because the HR lady was not there and when we did talk didn't know the company real well and could not connect me to anyone who knew it . it seemed like I was just being processed in a rush
Cons
very confusing and unprofessional HR experience hard to even describe. the best way to summarize is to say I was lead to believe I was hired - showed up on my start date ready to work and was told that there was some kind of HR misunderstanding - Sorry our mistake. No job for you. Unbelievable. It did not look like the first time either from what I heard.
