      Pros

      The atmosphere is highly positive and is run like a small family owned operation. I get to travel everyday, enjoying my lunch out on the wooded forest is I choose too. I always look forward to working on Monday and spending time constantly meeting new people from all backgrounds of life. The pay base is solid and commissions are uncapped so you have the chance to make as much as your abilities allow! Flexible schedule and full access to upper management.

      Work-Life balance can be challenging but manageable.

      Pros

      The hours are flexible, the pay is good, employees are amazing and fun to work with, the owner really cares about her employees and will do anything she can to help them succeed.

      Cons

      Working with stores can be a bit challenging at times, but for the most part store owners are easy to deal with.
