Pros

Great community environment but not a job for me. Not enough money for the work put in and high expectations. You will make as much money as you put effort into it.

Cons

Pretty much everything. Expect to have 4/7 nights taken each week for BS team meet ups for drinking and “networking” Lots of business trips and they stress that you make more money, have fun and grow skills - this is typically not the case. You’re alone during the day and then have to “grow your team” after working hours. Expect to work 24/7. Anything less is unacceptable.

You’re going to learn how to sell. If you have any desire to build a careers in sales and don’t know where to start, this would be a good option

Your pay is 100% commission based, so if you need a dependable paycheck this might not be for you
