Pros

Honestly none that I can think of.

Cons

Shady business practices. Fire people with no warning only to "replace" them with sub-par workers in India. By the time I left, employees weren't even notified when other employees were fired. The only way word got around that someone no longer worked there was through office gossip. It was a very toxic work environment with low morale. They also completely misrepresent and abuse popular job titles to try to trick people to work there. They hired a team of summer interns while I was there that they posted with a job title of "big data intern". Absolutely nothing they did had to do with big data. They were manual data entry clerks and they were miserable everyday. They also advertised "Data Analytics" job postings when in reality all they did in that job was nothing more than low level data entry work. CEO is awful and paranoid. Zero transparency from C-level employees to the rest of the company. CEO regularly acted unilaterally without consulting anyone else and doesn't think about business implications of his actions. The entire company is turning into the Whife family business.

Pros

Able to leave whenever you want and don't come back.

Cons

Worked in a leadership role with no direction from C-Level Executives. Long work hours for Directors and Managers. Tasks to be completed with unrealistic timelines or assistance. Very poor development plans for entry level employees. Outdated data for employees to call. Annual Reviews are never handled in a timely manner. Sometimes a quarter to two after the fact. Human Resources is hired only for firing purposes. (If a new HR rep starts expect layoffs) They won't do the dirty work themselves. Cowards at best. I can write a novel based on bad experiences with the "SS Family".

Pros

None, this company is pure toxic and from day one only went from worse to worse.

Cons

- Poor pay for the work required. -CEO has his family who are completely unqualified managing very important business functions which is negatively effecting everyone's performance. - No job stability, in September alone over 10 staff have been sacked from a team of only about 25. -Completely unprofessional recruitment process, the forgot my interview and I had to follow up as all there HR is outsourced to India. -Most of your leads will be bounced back for stupid reasons such as apparent lack of interest or most common call recording failed. - Very poor environment where staff are constantly aware of people around them being sacked and living in fear of themselves being next. -System is their own built and constantly crashes, and call recordings are often not recorded. -Data to call is completely inaccurate with most contacts being wrong people, or non existent you will need find your own contacts. -This is not business developement, it is telemarketing. -Commission is paid incorrectly.
