      there is nothing good about this company so as to refer friend or anybody and put them in hell.

      Cons

      1) backward technology 2) worst personal life if joins company 3)engineers are treated like helpers 4)seniors have their own set of rules 5)poor IT management services 6)increment compare to work is not that great

      Processes and systems are not in place Nothing other than work/projects Tight and aggressive targets and deliveries (not a cons actually)

      It has been a good journey with Selec so far.

      Pros

      Pure Core Electronics company having good projects in Energy Meter, Timer, Temperature Controller and most importantly awesome projects in Power Electronics like UPS, Grid Tie Inverter, DVR, VFDs etc.

      Cons

      Process and management is not that good. Too much load given to team members. BTech graduates don't stay long here as they go for their higher studies or they switch to different MNC.
