- many employees hate the company and have no motivation at all to do a good job - no performance management - no training, no personal development programme and career progression - too many people go off sick or start grievancies against their managers or colleagues

Hard work not recognized by superiors. Already nearly at the management level. Still need to work like general workers together with PRCs. A lot of bias. Although staffs from different departments are holding the same position the job nature for some staffs in some departments is very relax. The pay is low. So many management staffs(talkers) compared to real workers.
