Pros

The browsers were unrestricted so you could go to any website. The pay was okay at best. When you're new it's easy but they ask exponentially more of you the longer your there.

Cons

The workload increases more than you can imagine. People would walk out all the time. The company was bleeding money so theyd make outlandish promises to new buyers to get them to sign but then we would fail to meet their goals and then end up paying fines. In the end they did a company wide "Reboot" and tried to fix things but most people either quit or got fired for not meeting goals that weren't reasonable. I could go on and on but it's the classic situation of upper management being very disconnected from what's really going on and most of the work falls onto the people who have been there for more than 6 months.
