Pros

- Nice and smart colleagues - Office location - Decent work/life balance

Cons

- Office is led by manager with no experience in security, management or consulting and it shows - Initial promises of experiencing and learning from tech team in Berlin are never kept - Recruitment team writes fake reviews to bump up rating since their KPI is linked to it - Management is mostly through fear, abuse of power, no room to voice concerns - Colleagues (entire office) repeatedly voiced concerned to head of HR but nothing was done with it, swept under the rug - Excessive turnover rate of 80%+ - Work is mostly tech support for clients and not varied - No opportunities to grow, no training, no mentorship - CEO and management in general behaves like a dictator, pretends to be your best friend - Toxic environment Advice to contact past (or even current) employees on LinkedIn to get an accurate picture of the company

Pros

- Work life balance - Nice and smart colleagues - Nice office locations

Cons

- Unclear career path in completely flat organization, based entirely on your own incentive - No training/certification/education - Top management is either incompetent or too proud/stubborn to admit mistakes and shortcomings, complete detachment from reality and denial of what employees really think - Little is done to retain long-term staff causing extreme negative impact on overall culture and morale
