-There is a huge lack of cummunication between offsite members and onsite team members. Urgent items that impact business are not handled in a timely manner. -They pigeonhole employees that are good at their job, stopping any chance for advancement. I had my Regional tell me that they are glad i am at my building because I am cleaning up the issues and that they don't want me to leave the building. -Corporate members don't know the laws for the cities they work in. -Employees are ignored or lied to on a regular basis from regionals. -No work life balance - unless you are friends with the higher ups -Poor leadership from onsite Managers -Poor follow up and follow through from both corporate members and Some Property Managers -No empowerment to do your job. Literally anything and everything must be presented to a regional BEFORE you are allowed to proceed . Want to serve a notice? It must be presented to a regional first. Want to do something that is already in your budget and pre planned for? It STILL must be presented and approved. This presents a problem due to the 2-3 week wait period for the regional to respond. -Do you go above and beyond in making sure that not only the property you work at, but the company as a whole, are legally compliant with the city you work in? Don't worry there will be ZERO recognition for saving the companies behind from legal issues. -They still employ team members that have committed fraudulent activities on government programs, like MFTE, HUD etc. -Favoritism with the company. If you aren't best friends with regionals or higher, you won't go anywhere. -Much Much More...
