      Family owned company going through major changes

      They mfr. a great product.

      Cons

      Family owned company with third generation now taking over. In an effort to take complete control and now do things "His way now" drastic changes are being made internally, to what was a very successful, smooth running company.

      Pros

      They were pretty flexible on hours of work. Just get the work done.

      Cons

      - CEO is a hothead and so is one of their sons (frequently cursing loud enough to hear on the floor from their office) - doesn’t follow covid guidelines - one of their sons walk in without a mask plenty of times - not professional in the workplace - super controlling in terms of putting cameras everywhere, eavesdropping, checking workers computers frequently (essentially no trust) - very emotional people and act on anger - underpays
