      Pros

      SecuriMax is a great company to work for. The owner Jack is an honest and straightforward man with a lot of knowledge and experience, but who also encourages and builds up his employees. I had no knowledge of home security and they have done a great job with patients as I've been learning. I have had several jobs that were small business owned but hands down SecuriMax holds integrity and standards which I had not seen before. I look forward to see what the future holds for me at SecuriMax.

      Pros

      If you want to work for a company that makes you feel like part of the family this is the place to be. The attention to detail in training sets you up for success. It is also great working for a company that treats our customers like family as well. It starts from the top and you can feel it.

      Cons

      Located next to a cupcake store and a great BBQ trailer so if you are trying to eat healthy good luck...

      Pros

      -Excellent training -Great benefits -Well above average pay Employees definitely get what they put into it. Like any job in sales, there is hard work. However, compensation is excellent and the company culture is outstanding. I truly feel like family.

      -sometimes there are long work hours.
