Ignorant, unintelligent employees get rewarded

Pros

Easy to get hired. Stupidity and ignorance rewarded. Forrest Gumps this is your great box of chocolate. Always a chance for overtime, usually fellow employees ignore shift schedule set. Average per week are several double-shifts unscheduled because of those ignorant fellow employees.

Cons

Constantly, screw great and proper employees that actually create profit for the client's they protect and monitor.

Pros

Absolutely none, horrible company to work for. Save your life and time and go somewhere else.

Cons

Everything. They can't pay their employees, checks bounce all the time. Management sucks. Don't ever ask for copies of pay stubs, their HR person has absolutely no clue how to get these, and even Jim Mcgovern the CEO and owner has no clue. Ridiculous! What else, did I mention that they are a horrible compan?

Pros

Management is given generous benefits, sick time, vacation and mental health days. Management is paid higher end salaries above industry standards. Decent work/life balance 90% of the time. CEO is a good host and mentor when he puts his feelings aside and doesn’t gaslight you indirectly.

Cons

Both VPs are toxic beyond belief. They both lead based off emotion and the fear the instill in their employees. LOTS of unneeded drama in the Illinois office that trickles to other divisions. Other divisions do not get opportunities to expand, corporate could care less about expanding their sales team or increasing business in other states besides Illinois. Arizona is their regional headquarters and has list of 2.5K hours statewide in the last 4 years with minimal new business brought on.
