You develop a lot of patience since you have volunteered to be exploited.

Cons

There is no learning, only Micro management. Hire and Fire Culture. There are only 5 losers who have nothing better to do in life who can work in such a toxic culture.

5 days working, no more advantages you will get here.

Cons

Poor Management, no HR policy as there is only 1 HR in the whole company who works as secretary to the CEO, the rest you can understand. Senior-level management is unskilled and just follows orders; they don't know new strategies.
