      Pros

      Great facilities, ongoing training, lovely people.

      Cons

      “The Sectra Way” means that employees are encouraged (expected) to share hotel rooms when travelling for business. Lovely as my colleagues were, I didn’t want to share my hotel room with them after working with them all day.

      - Cult like culture - Inadequate training - Lack of transparency - Impossible to find documentation - Salary - Nominal yearly raises - Increased workloads with no incentives - Lack of employee appreciation or recognition - Stressful work environment - Poor Company culture despite priding themselves on it - Steep decline in employee satisfaction

      Pros

      The people who work for Sectra are some of the best, most genuine people you’ll ever work with. Everyone wants to see you succeed and is willing to share their knowledge.

      Cons

      The pay is an insult to Sectra’s employees and all the work they do. The resources for employees are all over the place and overwhelmingly wordy. This seems to be a theme as majority of the company training material is made up of lengthy videos and wordy PowerPoints.
