      Clean Enviroment but difficult place to work

      Pros

      Clean working environment, good benefits (health insurance, 401K, vacation time)

      Cons

      Insufficient training and poor management. Lack of planning and instruction by supervisors/management. Many certifications required. When a mistake is made don't be surprised if you get written up and repeatedly reprimanded for minor issues. Keep your head down and be careful who you talk to and what you say- lots of "back stabbing".

      Pros

      Steady work,not hard work. Good benefits, most on the job training. ESOP company,profit sharing, working condition are good and clean.

      Cons

      No way to move up. Good old boys club, very low pay for what we charge customers. Upper management makes the pay,workers do not.
