      Pros

      Great fexability with WFH options. Good work life balance. Very friendly environment. Great diversity and culture.

      Cons

      Since merger a lot of staff have left. A lots of perks were removed. The work environment became messy and confused/directionless. Managers didn't really care about the gaps when people who had worked there for years left taking the valuable knowledge with them
