They want employees to work (slog) 24 *7- 365 but when it comes for salary no one from organisation takes responsibility fake promises are given and at last when floor goes on hold they give part salary when HR is been approached for salary issue they are blank they never know anything . Management needs work but they don't have facility or systems all the software's , OS , server's are either pirated or trial version even work flow programmed is from ages and insufficient to work upon.
The hiring process is worst they do bulk hiring and then shred the employees.
Vendors , security and even the pantry vendors are not paid they just change the vendors when they stop working due to pending payments. Provident funds are deducted from employees salary but are not been deposited.
Employees are abused with bad words.
Employees are fired when they put facts in front of management.
In this organisation talent does not matters, what matters is pampering managements ego.
People are been fired just for not answering the call post their shift hours or if they go for lunch during lunch hours.
