Secpod's company culture is terrible. They mistreat their employees, including communal behavior and harassment. Even hardworking employees are fired without warning. They treat employees like machines, not humans, with no consideration for their well-being. The company's strategy seems to be exploiting freshers by offering low salaries, then firing them when they ask for raises. Secpod ignores the hard work of its employees for months and doesn't value their efforts. If employees are dead only then they consider giving wfh. Give up your family, friends, if you want to join. You get illiterate managers questioning you about your education. The marketing team's work is disregarded, and the CEO believes the product can sell itself. The treatment by the pantry staff is disrespectful, and company assets like laptops are of poor quality. If you are from Jammu or from North of India, they make sure your life is hell. Overall, working at Secpod seems like a surefire way to ruin your career. I strongly advise against joining this company.
