      Great people to work with great bennefits

      Cons

      Staff is overworked and there is no connection from senior managers to the staff working hard for them. Pay is also very low compared to other companies.

      Pros

      Work in a high paced environment and work at every game. It's fun being apart of something big and working with all of the excited fans.

      Cons

      Rarely hire within, don't pay well, and no room for career growth. They're a sports organization...there are a ton of people that want to work in the Sports industry...they will always have the best of the best and dont have to pay them what they're worth because there will always be someone else just as good that will work for less...

      Very hypocritical and protective of bonds already created, but once everyone gets to know you, you can get a way with saying and doing anything, just like them :) Unprofessional, and management was tragic. The way the company and I parted ways, was very STRANGE, unprofessional, and disgusting.
