      Several people at the campus and district are great resources. There is always an opportunity to ask questions when confusion seems to be drowning you.

      Cons

      The organization draws a blind eye to claims of clear bullying and distasteful behavior amongst staff. The organization lacks clear guidance and structure. They hire leadership that lacks basic general knowledge and skills that are required for basic positions.
