Don't Work For This Toxic Company

Pros

-Learn to manage emotions. -Learn the basics of sales. -A few colleagues-mentors can be caring, at the beginning. -Gain lots of connections

Cons

- No Work-Life Balance. > Expect to work more than 10-hours each day. CEO expects you to stay beyond 8pm. If you leave around 6:30pm, some of the colleagues will comment on your early departure from work. > Values are wrong in this company. You are expected to forego everything and submit to the CEO. > This company is affiliated to Recruit Express, owned by the same CEO. Cross-reference with that company and make your own judgement. - Tell-Show-Do Principle > Incompatible to the Generation-Y and the millennial generation. > Company has a strict policy of "I tell you how to do it, i show it to you, you do it. Don't ask why.” This company practice is backward and very unprofessional. It's a modern form of slavery, having to do things that even your moral values disagrees with. > Micro-managing is thus an adverse consequence of this outdated practice. - Shady contract terms. > During interview, we were informed, "One month close one case for your sales is enough." But nope. > Different interviewees gets told different things. It's not really ‘certified proper training’ that is being provided. But not really. > If you terminate the employment and decided to leave, expect to pay one month of salary all in the name of "training costs." However, there is no certification to proof that you have been trained. Even if there was a company workshop, it's self-facilitated and sometimes the its 'CEO-Trained.' So if you want to proof your skillset to the future companies, and they ask for certification, you can only say 'CEO-Trained.' - High-Stress Environment leading to High Attrition Rate. > Sales job. So expect to be measured ONLY by your sales output and nothing else. They don’t care about the effort you put in. > Due to the distorted company culture, it has led to a very stressful working climate. Consequently, attrition rate is VERY HIGH. The management fails to admit the high attrition rate due to their inability to do basic statistics and calculations. - Company Rating. > To any fresh graduates out there, if you want to join a recruitment/headhunting firm, join the international companies which have proper training and work-plan in place for you. > The rating of this company should be negative.

Pros

1) you meet nice collegaue

Cons

1) if you quit, they make you pay money 2) probation is INDEFINITE. if you don't hit your "target" they will keep you on probation forever 3) you are not allowed to talk to each other during work hours 4) lunch is only 1 hour and you will get in trouble for going to eat with your colleagues. 5) minimum pay, minimum annual leave holiday, minimum benefits (health only, no dental or others) 6) if you are 1 seconds late, i.e. 08:30:01, it counts as being late and you will get a warning letter. 3 warning letters and you are fired 7) official starting time is 08.30, but they expect you to be there 08:15, anything after that you will have a bad day 8) the HR people are very nosey. they will stalk your facebook and listen to your conversations and tell the boss everything about your personal life 9) if you have "no target" every month, they still expect you to help them make money and make cold calls 10) they set your target very high and give you a deadline to meet your target. if you dont meet your target you get a warning and they will change your seat to seat in front of the boss 11) very stressful working life 12) very unhappy working life 13) you don't learn anything from this company besides making cold calls- which is not helpful in life 14) they always pressuring you to meet your target and make cold calls even if making cold calls is not your job 15) if they are unhappy with you, they will give you more work and make you work on weekends. they will give you "rules" 16) if you talk to your colleagues, you will be asked to be "more serious" 17) if you eat in the office during lunchtime, you are still expected to work during your lunch hours. you cannot listen to music, cannot watch videos 18) they check your internet activitity and history every week 19) if you leave early, you will be asked "have you finished all your work" or the next day they will ask you why you dont have alot of work since you leave early yesterday 20) very stressfuly environment because you are not allowed to talk to your colleagues, no personal phone calls, if someone go to the bathroom you cannot go, you are always being checked for everything you do 21) during "one on one meetings" the boss will try to find out things about other colleagues from you 22) the boss always talks about other colleagues- very bad and gossip 23) the boss and HR always want to know about other people and your personal life which is so not relevant to your working life worst of all- even in your 'lunch time' for one hour, if other people go out to eat and not enough people in the office, you are not allowed to go out to eat. and if you eat in the office, you are not allowed to do your own things- listen music, watch videos etc... you are required to work during lunch hours in the office. you will have no life

They dont spend single money) -Company culture is bad.. bad.. SUPER BAD -Paying penalty if you quit before probation or you retrieve your contract (when they offer the position they will pressure you to sign at the spot so that u cannot change mind) -High turnover rate (This might be the reason why they dont give confirmation to staffs although they complete 6months probation and hit the target. I am sure they dont want Gov inspect this company cause so many people quitting.) - NO MC...no medical insurance if u are still under probation (Anyway they dont want u to use MC) - Nobody leave on time (8:30am~5:30pm working hrs?? Nope... come at 8:30am and u dont know when u can go home. If you go home on time they will look at you as if you are crazy) - No work life balance at all - Force you to come every Sat (they will spot check u or call office or... your collegues will report to manager if you are not appear) -Pls see other bad comments about this comany before you join....
